We offer a valued delivery service and will endeavour to deliver all orders received promptly and efficiently. However, please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery from the date of your order.
Due to UK firework regulations on the transportation of hazardous goods, carriage costs have increased dramatically. To ensure we provide a cost effective solution to our customers, we have committed to absorb the majority of these costs.

It is the responsibility of the customer that there is someone available to accept delivery or a redelivery charge will be incurred.
Please ensure that someone aged 18 years or over, is available at the delivery address to avoid any redelivery charges.

Delivery to you
Revolution Retail Ltd uses Circle Express for all deliveries outside our catchment area. If you are located within our catchment area, we use our own fleet of vehicles for a quick and efficient service. Alongside our Delivery service, we offer a Click and Collect service. Order your selection and book a preferred time slot to collect your goods.
Please make sure that when you enter a delivery address in our secure online order form there will be someone aged 18 years or over (we have recently introduced Verify My Age, on our website. We have recently introduced Verify My Age on our website, to insure we are fully compliant with all our sales) at that address to receive and sign for the delivery, enabling us and our delivery service providers to get the item(s) to you.
We reserve the right to alter and change the methods of delivery, charges, and the delivery couriers we use.
We reserve the right to refuse an order and refund the payment within 7 days of placing the order.
Under normal circumstances any packages sent using our Delivery partners, our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the goods. If on the first attempt delivery is not successful the package(s) will be returned to our storage site in the West Midlands. Should our delivery partner be requested to make a second attempt for delivery an extra charge will apply. Payments must be cleared and completed successfully before orders are dispatched.

Once the products ordered are dispatched from our premises, the responsibility is then of the carrier/parcel courier. Revolution Retail Ltd will not be held liable or responsible for late, delayed or non-delivery of goods. However, we will try our utmost to communicate with any delivery partner responsible for the delay, to ensure that you receive your delivery promptly.
